I'm using Wikiloc for several years and it is very good and user friendly app with one major mistake.
When you want to do trail navigation (to follow someone else track) application ask's for internet connection. As this is outdoor application this is ridiculous and make application, for us premium users, unusable because where we go it it is rare to have mobile network.

I don't use the Wikiloc app because I have a GPS device, so I have no experience about your problem. But I think the solution is explained in this Help Center article . Best regards.

In that case, I advise you to notify your problem sending an email to Wikiloc technical support using the link Contac Us that you can find at the end of every article in the Help Center . I am inserting an example of such an article:
