Hello,
If I follow your guidesteps.... I'm not able to cancel my subscription.... I can only extend the subscription... I have time until November, and then the subscription will be extended automatically. Can you help? https://help.wikiloc.com/article/666-premium-manage-ios

I advise you to notify your problem by sending an email to Wikiloc technical support using the link Contac Us that you can find at the end of every article in the Help Center . I am inserting an example of such an article:
